2019 was an unprecedented growing season. By early August, cluster sizes were fully developed and it was clear this vintage would be remarkable. To retain freshness and flavor, some of the grapes were harvested slightly early, resulting in incredible balance. Aged in French oak for 18 months, it shows pear, golden apple, almonds, caramel and toasted nut notes. An exquisite wine that is for now and the next 5 years!
