Bourgogne Aligoté is an appellation produced throughout Burgundy, but most prominently in four vineyard sites – where the terroir ensure this varietal retains its minerality and freshness. This wine shows a vibrant nose featuring scents of white flowers and fruit (apple, pear, lemon). It’s fresh and lively on the palate, featuring nice balance and a lovely, refreshing finish.

Pair it alongside grilled white fish, asparagus risotto, or fried oysters.
