BOLGHERI, TUSCANY

A nice rich blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc from southern Tuscany, along the coast. It shows a deep ruby color with plum and wild cherry notes with a lengthy, smooth vanilla cream finish. It rested in oak barrels for 12 months and another 6 in bottle.

Food Pairings: Begging for white and red meat dishes, pastas, and hard cheeses.
