Berry Bourbon Cocktail
Ingredients
- 2 oz Woodford Reserve Bourbon
- 2-3 dashes Fee Brothers Black Walnut Bitters
- 1 oz Cranberry Juice
- Honey Stick to taste
- 6 Blackberries for muddling and garnish
- 1 Cinnamon Stick for garnish
Instructions
- In a rocks glass, muddle half of the blackberries with the bitters and honey. After muddling, add the ice, cranberry juice and bourbon, stir well. Garnish with the rest of the blackberries and cinnamon stick.

Espresso Martini
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Ciroc Vodka
- 1 ounce Godiva Chocolate
- 1 ounce Bailey's Irish Cream
- 1/4 cup Espresso, chilled (or coffee)
- 3 Espresso Beans Garnish
- Chocolate Shavings Garnish
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker with ice, add in the vodka, bailey's, Godiva liqueur and espresso. Shake well until the ingredients are well mixed and chilled. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with the espresso beans and or chocolate shavings.

Winter Spritz
Ingredients
- 1 375ml Bottle Carpene Malvoti Prosecco
- 1 ounce Ciroc Vodka
- 1/2 ounce Cranberry Juice to taste
- 1 Rosemary Sprig garnish

Instructions
- In a champagne glass, add in the vodka and cranberry juice. Top off with the prosecco and garnish with a rosemary sprig and cranberries.

- 1 ounce Campari
- 1 ounce Cocchi Vermouth Di Torino
- 1 ounce Rhodium Gin
Instructions
