THE CLASSICS

Sidecar Cocktail

Sidecar Cocktail

Servings 1

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 oz Christian Drouhin Pommeau de Normandie Cognac
  • 3/4 oz Giffard Triple Sec or Orchard Apricot Liquor  
  • 3/4 oz Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • Orange twist for garnish
  • Sugar rim (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Coat the rim of a coupe glass with sugar, if desired, and set aside. Add the cognac, orange liqueur and lemon juice to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
Winter Moscow Mule

Winter Spice Mule Cocktail

Servings 1

Ingredients
  

  • Fever Tree Ginger Beer
  • 2 oz Gray’s vodka
  • 4-6 oz Glogg Blackcurrant Cider or Etienne Dupont Cider Triple
  • Crushed ice
  • Cranberries for garnish
  • Fresh rosemary for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a copper mug, mix together the cider and vodka over crushed ice. Top off with the ginger beer and garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary.

SEASONAL COCKTAILS

Espresso Martini

Espresso Martini

Servings 1

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Van Gogh Vanilla Vodka
  • 1 oz Godiva Chocolate Liquor
  • 1 oz Bailey's Irish Cream
  • 1/4 cup Espresso, chilled (or coffee)
  • 3 Espresso Beans, for garnish
  • Chocolate shavings, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a cocktail shaker with ice, add in the vodka, bailey's, Godiva Liquor and espresso. Shake well until the ingredients are well mixed and chilled. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with the espresso beans.
Winter Spritz

Winter Spritz Cocktail

Servings 1

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bottle Anno Domani or Grandial Prosecco, chilled
  • 1 oz Aloo Vodka
  • 1-2 oz Cranberry juice, chilled
  • Rosemary Sprig, for garnish
  • 2-3 Cranberries, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a Champagne glass, add in the vodka and cranberry juice. Top off the cocktail with the Prosecco and garnish with the rosemary sprig and cranberries.
