Customer Age Policy
You must be 21 years of age or older to order our products online. By ordering online you attest that you are 21 years of age or older.You must furnish proper identification to verify that you are 21 years of age or older when you pick up wine or have wine shipped or delivered to you.

Store Pick-up Information
If you wish to pick-up your online order at our shop, please select that
option during the checkout process. Your pick-up order will be ready
for you after 5 PM that day, if your order is placed before NOON.
If a pick-up order is placed after NOON, the
order can be picked up the next business day.
Out-of-State Shipping Policies and Restrictions**
You must be 21 years of age to order or receive alcoholic beverages from The Savory Grape. Any shipments outside of Rhode Island containing alcoholic beverages are sent with an "Adult Signature Required" sticker, and the common carrier, FedEx, which ships our merchandise is required to ask and check for identification upon delivery. This means that you must be present at the time of delivery. FedEx will not leave packages without your signature and proof of age.
We will not refund any shipping charges if your package comes back to The Savory Grape because an adult was not present to sign for the package. Shipping to a business address is always encouraged, where allowed by law.

FedEx Ground delivery service is used for all orders being shipped outside of RI.
(If you prefer to use a FedEx express service, place your
order by phone during normal business
hours.). Orders within RI are delivered by The Savory Grape within normal business hours.

Because of wine's sensitivity to
temperature variances, we may hold your wine in periods of extreme heat/cold. Please understand that during regular business hours, your orders are immediately packaged and then scheduled for shipment, but may be delayed until ideal conditions for shipment arise.
In these cases, we would notify you immediately of any delay in shipping.You will receive an email containing tracking information once your order is boxed and ready for shipment. Please note, these tracking numbers will not be active until they are scanned by the driver.

**Title to, and ownership of, all wine passes from The Savory Grape to the purchaser in the State of Rhode Island and the purchaser takes all responsibility for the shipping from Rhode Island to his/her home state. By arranging for transportation of the wine, The Savory Grape is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the purchaser. By utilizing this service from The Savory Grape, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of wine. The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of wine and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered and once again authorizes that he/she is 21 years of age.

Out-of-Stock Policy
In some circumstances, you may place an order online at the same time as another customer, and therefore an item may show that it's available when in fact it may be out-of-stock. Should this occur, we will contact you immediately to discuss a replacement option. The Savory Grape also reserves the right to change vintages on wines priced under $20 prior to
shipping without notification.
The Savory Grape Return Policy
Ensuring you are satisfied with your experience at The Savory Grape,
whether shopping at the store or on our website, is always our first priority.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately at

If you feel that wine you purchased from The Savory Grape is defective, corked or
spoiled, we will provide you with a refund or credit of the net price of the wine and
any paid sales tax, if accompanied by the original receipt within 30 days of purchase and the empty bottle of wine.
Please write your name, phone number and address on the receipt for verification.
Shipping charges are NOT refundable. Refunds will be made by crediting the original
payment method.
In order for The Savory Grape to provide a refund or credit (minus all shipping charges), we must have the
empty bottle of wine returned to us. Please note: Shipping charges incurred for purchasing or returning wine to us is the responsibility of the customer and will NOT be reimbursed by The
Savory Grape. By placing an order through The Savory Grape Web site, you agree to pay any shipping charges incurred by you through your purchase.
Privacy Policy
We respect the privacy of our customers. Any information you provide to
The Savory Grape through our online ordering forms will be used only
to process your order and will not be sold to, or shared with, any other
organization. We will send you our e-mail newsletter and other e-mail
announcements or promotions, only if you indicate on your order form
